• Ready example, if Nathalie is happy to use her site (ask first): The Happy Flow Company, Albury. For "industrial automation integrator Albury NSW", ChatGPT named The Happy Flow Company first, with Watters Electrical, VK Logic and IPROCON. Gemini did not name it. Say: "Two engines, two different answers. That's normal, and it's why you check more than one."

• Open the report's sources: the pages the engines read before answering.
• Walk through the usual sources: your Google Business Profile, reviews, directories and industry bodies, the facts on your own site, and other sites that mention you.
• Point out who was named instead, and what those businesses have that the attendee doesn't.

• Same name, address, phone and services everywhere online.
• One clear page per main service that says what you do, where, and for whom.
• Google Business Profile complete: categories, services, hours, photos.
• Reviews that mention the service and the town.
• Get listed on the sources the engines already read for your trade (from the report).

Say: "Start with the one the report ranks first. Then re-check in a few weeks."
